Transfer $1,955,000 from the General Fund to the Permanent Building Fund as soon as practicable.

Appropriate $1,955,000 from the Permanent Building Fund to the Department of Administration for the Division of Public Works for capital outlay during the period July 1, 2018, through June 30, 2019.

Direct the Division of Public Works to use appropriated funds to purchase real property near or adjacent to the Capitol Mall and initiate purchase negotiations as soon as practicable.

Require the Division of Public Works to notify the State Controller of any unexpended and unencumbered moneys upon project completion, with such funds transferred back to the General Fund.

Authorize the Department of Administration to promulgate rules and bring forth legislation during the next legislative session to include acquired property as part of the Capitol Mall.
