Appropriates $2,610,600 total to the Department of Health and Welfare for fiscal year 2020 (July 1, 2019 - June 30, 2020).

Medicaid Administration and Medical Management receives $1,157,600 ($506,800 from general fund and $650,800 from federal fund).

Self-Reliance Operations receives $1,453,000 ($277,300 from general fund and $1,175,700 from federal fund).

Requires the Department to provide detailed expenditure reports to the Legislature by October 1, 2019, and January 3, 2020, regarding waiver funding from Senate Bill No. 1204.

Mandates that any appropriated funds not expended or encumbered revert to their original funding source if the required federal waivers are not approved by federal authorities.
