Repeals sections 54-1733C, 54-1733E, and 54-1733F, then consolidates epinephrine auto-injector emergency administration authority into amended Section 54-1733D with legal immunity protections for prescribers, pharmacists, and administrators.

Revises the definition of "practice of pharmacy" in Section 54-1704 to remove references to tobacco cessation products, tuberculin purified protein derivative products, and update epinephrine auto-injector provisions.

Updates qualifications for pharmacy licensure in Section 54-1722 by removing good moral character and temperate habits requirement and renumbering subsections.

Modifies continuing pharmacy education requirements in Section 54-1725 and prospective drug review and counseling provisions in Section 54-1739 with technical corrections; repeals Section 54-1768 regarding prescriber-authorized substitution.
