Amends Idaho Code Section 32-403 to require that every marriage license application include the social security numbers of both parties applying for the license.

Social security number requirement applies only to applicants who have been assigned a social security number by the Social Security Administration.

Applicants without an assigned social security number must instead provide written verification from the Social Security Administration confirming they have not been assigned a number.

Applicants without a social security number must submit a birth certificate, passport, or other documentary evidence issued by an entity other than a state or the United States.

Applicants without a social security number must provide proof as required by the department that they are lawfully present in the United States.
