Removes language allowing school districts to hold elections on the second Tuesday in March and last Tuesday in August for bonded indebtedness and property tax levy questions.

School districts remain subject to the two election maximum per calendar year limitation with elections held on the third Tuesday in May or the Tuesday following the first Monday in November.

Presidential primaries continue to be held on the second Tuesday in March in presidential election years, separate from other primary elections held on the third Tuesday in May.

Community colleges remain subject to the same election date limitations as school districts under Idaho Code chapter 21, title 33.

Act becomes effective January 1, 2021.
