Amends Idaho Code Section 18-3302 to revise the exception for carrying concealed weapons without a license to specify that individuals must be a legal resident of "the United States" rather than just "Idaho."

Allows persons 18 years of age or older who are legal residents of the United States or current members of the armed forces to carry concealed weapons outside city limits without a license, provided they meet other eligibility requirements.

Removes surplus verbiage from the statute while maintaining the substantive requirements for obtaining and carrying concealed weapons licenses in Idaho.
