Adds Section 5-345 to Idaho Code providing civil immunity for architects and engineers who voluntarily provide professional design services without compensation during declared emergencies at the request or approval of public officials.

Covers services related to tornadoes, fires, explosions, collapses, or other similar disasters or catastrophic events.

Immunity applies to services rendered within 90 days following the end of the declared emergency, unless extended by governor executive order.

Immunity does not apply if injury, death, or damage results from unreasonable acts, gross negligence, willful or wanton misconduct, or if the architect or engineer failed to act as a reasonable professional would under similar circumstances.
