Amends Idaho Code Section 19-603 to remove the provision allowing warrantless arrests upon immediate response to reports of domestic violence, assault, battery, stalking, protection order violations, no contact order violations, and threats on school grounds.

Retains peace officer authority to make warrantless arrests based on: offenses committed in the officer's presence, committed felonies, reasonable cause for believed felony commission, felony charges with reasonable cause, nighttime arrests with reasonable cause for felony, and crimes aboard aircraft.

Eliminates subsection 6 which specifically authorized immediate response arrests for violations of Idaho Code sections 18-901 (assault), 18-903 (battery), 18-918 (domestic violence), 18-7905 and 18-7906 (stalking), 39-6312 (protection order violations), 18-920 (no contact order violations), and 18-3302I (threatening violence on school grounds).
