Establishes a public school technology digital curriculum block grant program administered by the state department of education to fund digital curriculum resources for Idaho classrooms, including those at the Idaho bureau of educational services for the deaf and blind.

Sets maximum grant award at $50,000 per local education agency (LEA), distributed on a first-come, first-served basis with priority given to LEAs with the highest number of economically disadvantaged students and those in different regions of the state.

Requires grant applicants to demonstrate existing technology infrastructure and submit explanations of how funding will improve performance, meet identified measurable targets from continuous improvement plans, and measure curriculum progress.

Allows two or more LEAs to apply jointly for a single grant.

Requires grant recipients to submit end-of-period reports to the state department of education documenting what curriculum was purchased and whether it successfully helped the LEA meet its original objectives.
