Amends Section 50-2502 of Idaho Code relating to utilities definitions and corrections.

Revises the definition of "lot" or "parcel" of land to clarify that no single tract or parcel containing more than five (5) acres actively devoted to agriculture may be included in any district organized under this chapter without owner consent, unless located within an incorporated city.

Makes technical corrections to the definition of "electric or communication facilities" by changing "cut-outs" to "cutouts" and "which" to "that" for grammatical consistency.

Clarifies that "communication facilities" excludes facilities used for microwave or radio transmission, apparatus cabinets, and outdoor public telephones.

Confirms that definitions in Section 50-1702 of Idaho Code are applicable to sections of chapter 17, title 50 incorporated by reference in this chapter.
