Adds Section 5-345 to Idaho Code providing civil immunity for architects, engineers, and contractors who voluntarily provide professional services without compensation in response to declared national, state, or local emergencies, disasters, or catastrophic events at the request or approval of a public official.

Immunity applies to services rendered within 90 days following the end of the declared emergency, disaster, or catastrophic event, unless the governor extends the period by executive order.

Covers liability for personal injury, wrongful death, property damage, or other losses related to architectural, structural, electrical, mechanical, construction, design, or other professional services.

Immunity does not apply if injury, death, or damage results from unreasonable acts, gross negligence, willful or wanton misconduct, or if the professional failed to act as a reasonable architect, engineer, or contractor would under similar circumstances.
