Adds chiropractic physicians licensed under Idaho Code chapter 7, title 54 to the list of qualified health care professionals authorized to clear youth athletes to return to play after a concussion or head injury.

Requires chiropractic physicians to have successfully completed a nationally recognized or board of chiropractic physicians-approved concussion management education program that includes return-to-play training.

Applies to youth athletes 18 years of age or younger participating in organized athletic leagues or sports at middle schools, junior high schools, and high schools in Idaho.

Maintains existing requirements for schools to develop removal protocols, obtain parental consent, and provide concussion guidelines and information consistent with Centers for Disease Control and Prevention standards.

Extends liability protections to schools and youth sport organizations that comply with concussion management protocols when individuals reasonably act in accordance with those protocols.
