House Bill 569 Summary

• Appropriates $46,528,800 to the Department of Administration for the Division of Public Works from the Permanent Building Fund for fiscal year 2021 (July 1, 2020 - June 30, 2021).

• Allocates funds for maintenance projects ($36,924,800) including alteration and repairs ($33,817,400), asbestos abatement ($500,000), ADA compliance ($1,300,000), and Capitol Mall maintenance ($1,307,400).

• Allocates funds for capital projects ($9,604,000) including LCSC CTE Building ($2,500,000), CSI Canyon Building Phase II ($2,289,000), IDJC Gym/CTE Building ($3,330,000), Public Safety Blackfoot Communications Site ($315,000), and Veterans Services Blackfoot Cemetery Projects ($1,170,000).
