Adds chiropractic physicians licensed under Idaho Code Chapter 7, Title 54 as qualified health care professionals authorized to clear youth athletes to return to play after concussions or head injuries.

Requires chiropractic physicians to have successfully completed a state board of chiropractic physicians-approved concussion management education program covering comprehensive evaluation, reassessment, recognition of atypical responses, care planning, return to activity determination, and appropriate referrals.

Maintains existing requirements that qualified health care professionals (physicians, physician assistants, advanced practice nurses, and supervised licensed health care professionals) must be trained in concussion evaluation and management to authorize athlete return to play.

Preserves liability protections for individuals and youth sport organizations that reasonably comply with school concussion removal protocols developed pursuant to Centers for Disease Control and Prevention guidelines.
