Amends Section 6-1601, Idaho Code to define "willful or reckless misconduct" as conduct where a person makes a conscious choice about their course of action under circumstances where they know or should know such conduct creates an unreasonable risk of harm to another and involves a high probability that harm will actually result.

Makes a technical correction to the definition of "nonprofit corporation or organization" by changing a semicolon to a comma after "unincorporated association."

Provides definitions for terms used in civil actions including claimant, economic damages, future damages, noneconomic damages, personal injury, property damage, and punitive damages.

Applies to the statute regulating civil actions in Idaho and does not establish new substantive law, only clarifies existing definitions.
