Appropriates $26,543,400 to the Idaho Attorney General for fiscal year 2021 (July 1, 2020 through June 30, 2021) across three programs: State Legal Services ($23,678,400), Internet Crimes Against Children ($2,457,100), and Special Litigation ($407,900)

Funds appropriated from General Fund ($24,512,500), Federal Grant Fund ($1,196,500), Miscellaneous Revenue Fund ($317,400), Consumer Protection Fund ($412,900), and Idaho Millennium Income Fund ($104,100)

Authorizes the Attorney General to maintain no more than 219.00 full-time equivalent positions during the fiscal year unless specifically authorized by the Governor

Exempts the Attorney General from object and program transfer limitations under Idaho Code Section 67-3511, allowing unlimited transfers between object codes and between programs, provided legislative appropriations are not transferred between different funds without express legislative approval
