Authorizes the Legislative Council to appoint a committee to continue studying Idaho's occupational licensing and certification laws, building on prior interim committee work.

Committee shall review implementation of legislation passed during the 2020 session and focus on adding sunset provisions to occupational licensing and certification laws.

Committee priorities include easing occupational licensing barriers while protecting public health and safety, as identified in Executive Order 2019-01 (Licensing Freedom Act of 2019).

Legislative Council shall determine committee size and membership from both houses, and authorize the committee to receive input from interested and affected parties outside the Legislature.

Committee must report findings, recommendations, and any proposed legislation to the First Regular Session of the Sixty-sixth Idaho Legislature.
