Approves pending fee rules, pending non-fee rules, and temporary rules from nine agencies reviewed by the House Judiciary, Rules, and Administration and Senate Judiciary and Rules committees during the 2020 legislative session.

Agencies covered include Department of Juvenile Corrections, Idaho State Police, Commission of Pardons and Parole, Public Defense Commission, Sexual Offender Management Board, and Board of Correction across multiple dockets.

Pending fee rules and temporary rules become effective upon adoption of the resolution or on the date specified in the administrative rule.

Non-fee rules not reviewed by both committees take effect upon conclusion of the legislative session, pursuant to Section 67-5224, Idaho Code.

All approved rules remain in effect until July 1, 2021, or the conclusion of the First Regular Session of the Sixty-sixth Idaho Legislature, unless further extended by concurrent resolution.
