Lists concerns that wildlife corridors would restrict hunting, fishing, livestock grazing, mining, logging, and recreational activities including hiking, camping, trail riding, and ATV/snowmobile use.

Expresses concerns that corridors could concentrate wildlife leading to increased predation, disease, habitat destruction, road closures, and restrictions on public and private land access.

Directs the House Chief Clerk to forward copies of the memorial to the President of the Senate, Speaker of the House, and Idaho's congressional delegation.
