Amends Idaho Code Section 31-3201I to establish a priority order for distributing criminal case payments made to the court clerk, with distributions going to the county auditor for monthly disbursement.

Prioritizes payment distribution in the following order: court fees, crime victim compensation, probation/pretrial supervision fees, drug and mental health fund fees, officer disability fund fines, victim restitution, community service fees, and various other specialized fees and fines.

Places criminal fines at priority level 14 in the distribution hierarchy, after victim-related payments and specialized fees but before public defender cost reimbursements and prosecution costs.

Includes 25 categories of payments in the priority distribution scheme, ranging from domestic violence court fees to abandoned vehicle fees, each tied to specific Idaho Code sections.

Makes technical corrections to existing statutory references and clarifies the procedure for satisfying court-ordered payments in criminal cases through electronic docket entry.
