Amends Idaho Code Section 59-1014 to clarify deposit requirements for state officers and agencies receiving money, checks, or evidences of indebtedness on behalf of the state.

Requires daily deposits with the state treasurer when cash, checks, or other evidences of indebtedness accumulated during any 24-hour period totals $200 or more; weekly deposits required in all other situations.

Allows state officers to deposit at different intervals only if specifically granted permission by resolution of the board of examiners pursuant to Idaho Code Section 67-2025.

Makes technical corrections to statutory language regarding the state treasurer's receipt and handling of bank drafts, checks, and money orders accepted as cash items by banks.

Maintains existing penalties for violations: misdemeanor conviction punishable by fine not exceeding $500, imprisonment in county jail not exceeding 6 months, or both.
