Reduces the per-pupil reimbursement rate from $125 to $50 for driver training programs in Idaho school districts.

Reimbursement to districts remains the lesser of either total program operating costs or the average number of enrolling and completing pupils multiplied by $50.

State superintendent of public instruction must certify eligible school districts and reimbursement amounts to the state controller on or before February 15, June 30, and September 15 each year.

State controller draws warrants against the driver training account in the state treasury to pay certified districts.

Supervisor of driver training must prepare an annual report by September 1 listing school districts receiving reimbursements and the amounts paid.
