Amends Idaho Code Section 43-206 to allow irrigation districts with 15,000 or fewer irrigated acres to combine all precincts into one polling place by board resolution.

Requires that when precincts are combined into a single polling place, the location must be the irrigation district office.

Allows two or more precincts to have combined polling places located within the district, not to exceed 10 miles outside the precinct losing its polling place, provided physical arrangements permit secret ballot voting.

Requires the board of directors to appoint one elector from each combined precinct to serve as judges of election at combined polling places.

Maintains existing election notice requirements of posting in three public places per precinct and in the board office at least four weeks before elections, or publishing in newspapers at least 15 days before elections.
