Amends Idaho Code Section 54-901 to define teledentistry as a permitted practice of dentistry, provided services comply with chapter 57, title 54, Idaho Code, and meet community standards of care in the patient's location.

Requires dentists providing teledentistry to disclose their contact information and all dental providers' information (including name, Idaho license, practice address, and telephone number) to patients before treatment begins.

Mandates dentists either establish a referral relationship with a licensed dentist in the patient's area (with advance disclosure) or obtain signed patient acknowledgment that in-person examination may be required at additional cost.

Adds new grounds for license refusal, revocation, or suspension under Section 54-924, including supervising more than three (3) dental therapists and performing teeth correction procedures via telehealth without first conducting an in-person comprehensive oral evaluation or reviewing recent patient records and radiographs.

Prohibits dentists from requiring patients to sign agreements that limit their right to file complaints with the board.
