Establishes an Extended Employment Services (EES) program administered by the Division of Vocational Rehabilitation to increase employment opportunities for individuals with disabilities.

Defines three types of covered services: individual community-supported employment, group community-based supported employment (limited to 8 participants paid at least minimum wage), and work services.

Sets eligibility requirements: individuals must have a disability constituting a barrier to maintaining paid employment, be at least 16 years old, and be Idaho residents; the division may periodically review participant eligibility and service needs.

Requires the division to approve providers and enter agreements specifying provider requirements, services offered, scope of work, service fees, and other terms; allows the division to terminate or revoke provider approval for agreement or rule violations.

Authorizes the State Board of Education to promulgate necessary rules and take actions required to implement the program.
