Adds members and employees of the Commission of Pardons and Parole to the list of protected personnel under Idaho Code Section 18-915 regarding assault or battery crimes.

Establishes that battery with intent to commit a serious felony against protected personnel is punishable by imprisonment in state prison for not more than 25 years.

Provides that other crimes against protected personnel carry doubled punishment compared to the respective offense, except as specified in subsections (2) and (3).

For violations against Commission of Pardons and Parole members or employees committed because of official duties or status, or while victim is performing duties, the offense is a felony punishable by not more than 5 years imprisonment with consecutive sentencing.
