• Amends Idaho Code Section 74-106 to add new subsection (4)(h) establishing specific redacted formats for disclosing personal data identifiers including minor children's initials, dates of birth, last four digits of financial account numbers, last four digits of driver's license numbers, and last four digits of employer identification numbers.

• Adds social security numbers to the list of personal records exempt from disclosure under subsection (4)(g).

• Maintains existing exemptions for personnel records, retirement system records, lottery records, tax returns, medical records, and other sensitive personal information from public disclosure under the Public Records Act.

• Preserves exceptions allowing disclosure of personal information when required by federal law for firearm background checks and when individuals provide written consent.
