Appropriates $302,400 from the General Fund to the Correctional Alternative Placement Program for population-driven costs and no-touch kosher meals during fiscal year 2020.

Appropriates $7,845,600 from the General Fund to the Medical Services Program for population-driven costs and an audit compliance plan during fiscal year 2020.

Appropriates $245,100 from the Federal Grant Fund to the Prisons Administration Program for the State Criminal Alien Assistance Program grant during fiscal year 2020.

Declares an emergency, making the act effective immediately upon passage and approval.
