Establishes Chapter 33 of Title 6 Idaho Code governing responsibilities and liabilities of bicyclists and mountain operators at mountain areas.

Mountain operators must maintain trail boards, post safety signs at aerial passenger tramways, and construct/operate tramways according to American national safety standards.

Bicyclists expressly assume all inherent risks of bicycling including trail conditions, terrain hazards, collisions, and equipment failure, and are solely responsible for riding within their ability and following posted warnings.

Mountain operators are liable only for damages caused by failure to meet their specific duties; they are not liable for injuries from assumed risks or violations of duties by bicyclists and passengers.

Bicyclists and passengers are liable for damages resulting from their own violations of duties and cannot recover from mountain operators when their duty violations caused the loss or damage.
