Appropriates $3,474,500 from the General Fund to the Commission of Pardons and Parole for fiscal year 2021 (July 1, 2020 through June 30, 2021), comprising $2,819,600 for personnel costs and $654,900 for operating expenditures.

Appropriates an additional $70,700 from the Miscellaneous Revenue Fund for operating expenditures, bringing the total appropriation to $3,545,200.

Authorizes the Commission of Pardons and Parole to maintain no more than 37.00 full-time equivalent positions during the fiscal year period, unless the Governor specifically authorizes additional positions.

Requires the Joint Finance-Appropriations Committee to be promptly notified of any increased positions authorized by the Governor.
