Appropriates $6,554,200 to the Public Utilities Commission for fiscal year 2021 (July 1, 2020 through June 30, 2021), consisting of $4,588,000 in personnel costs and $1,966,200 in operating expenditures from three funds.

Authorizes the Public Utilities Commission a maximum of 49.00 full-time equivalent positions during the 2020-2021 fiscal year, with the Joint Finance-Appropriations Committee to be notified of any increases authorized by the Governor.

Increases the annual salary of Public Utilities Commission members from $110,074 to $112,275, effective July 1, 2020.
