Appropriates $73,280,500 to the Idaho Supreme Court for fiscal year 2021 (July 1, 2020 - June 30, 2021) across multiple court divisions and programs.

Allocates funding across personnel costs ($52,902,900), operating expenditures ($11,227,700), capital outlay ($3,348,300), and trustee and benefit payments ($5,801,600).

Exempts the Supreme Court from Idaho Code Section 67-3511 transfer limitations, allowing unlimited transfers between object codes and programs within appropriated moneys.

Prohibits transfers of appropriated funds from one fund source to another unless expressly approved by the Legislature.

Requires uncommitted General Fund amounts for judges' retirement contributions to be transferred monthly into operating expenditures and paid to the Judges' Retirement Fund.
