Appropriates $27,026,200 to the Idaho Attorney General for fiscal year 2021 (July 1, 2020 through June 30, 2021) across three programs: State Legal Services ($23,678,400), Internet Crimes Against Children ($2,457,100), and Special Litigation ($890,700).

Funds are distributed among General Fund, Miscellaneous Revenue Fund, Consumer Protection Fund, Idaho Millennium Income Fund, and Federal Grant Fund based on program requirements.

Authorizes the Attorney General to employ no more than 219.00 full-time equivalent positions during the fiscal year period, unless specifically authorized by the Governor with prompt notification to the Joint Finance-Appropriations Committee.

Exempts the Attorney General from standard object and program transfer limitations, allowing unlimited transfers between object codes and between programs, except that legislative appropriations cannot be transferred between different funds without express legislative approval.
