Amends Idaho Code Section 6-904 to apply governmental liability exceptions to defending attorneys as defined in section 19-851(2) and indigent defense providers as defined in section 19-851(5).

Amends Idaho Code Section 6-904A to clarify that governmental entities and employees are not liable for claims when acting without malice, criminal intent, or reckless, willful and wanton conduct as defined in section 6-904C.

Extends the liability exception in Section 6-904A to defending attorneys and indigent defense providers for claims arising out of injury to persons or property involving individuals under governmental supervision, custody, or care.

Makes technical corrections to both sections by changing "which that" to "that" for grammatical clarity.
