Appropriates $123,276,000 to the Department of Fish and Game for fiscal year 2021 (July 1, 2020 through June 30, 2021) across six program areas: Administration, Enforcement, Fisheries, Wildlife, Communications, and Wildlife Mitigation and Habitat Conservation.

Funding sources include Fish and Game (Licenses) Fund, Fish and Game (Other) Fund, Fish and Game Set-Aside funds, Fish and Game Expendable Trust Fund, Fish and Game Nonexpendable Trust Fund, Fish and Game (Federal) Fund, and Expendable Big Game Depredation Fund.

Allocates funding across four expense categories: Personnel Costs ($57,872,500), Operating Expenditures ($58,234,000), Capital Outlay ($5,894,700), and Trustee and Benefit Payments ($1,274,800).

Authorizes the Department of Fish and Game to maintain no more than 553.00 full-time equivalent positions during the fiscal year, unless specifically authorized by the Governor.

Requires the Joint Finance-Appropriations Committee to be notified promptly of any increased positions authorized by the Governor.
