Appropriates $16,248,700 to the Division of Building Safety for fiscal year 2021 (July 1, 2020 through June 30, 2021) across personnel costs, operating expenditures, and capital outlay.

Funds distributed from multiple sources: General Fund ($250,300), State Regulatory Fund ($14,036,300), Miscellaneous Revenue/Industrial Safety Fund ($778,700), Miscellaneous Revenue/Logging Fund ($536,000), Miscellaneous Revenue/School Security Assessment Fund ($300,000), and Federal Grant Fund ($347,400).

Allocates $12,135,000 for personnel costs, $3,080,400 for operating expenditures, and $1,033,300 for capital outlay.

Authorizes the Division of Building Safety with no more than 155.00 full-time equivalent positions during the fiscal year 2021 period, unless specifically authorized by the Governor.

Requires the Joint Finance-Appropriations Committee to be notified promptly of any increased positions authorized by the Governor.
