Amends Idaho Code sections 49-614, 49-648, 49-649, and 49-650 to include "other on-track equipment" alongside trains in railroad crossing safety requirements.

Modifies section 49-614 to prohibit drivers from entering railroad grade crossings if there is insufficient space to accommodate the vehicle without obstructing railroad trains or other on-track equipment.

Updates section 49-648 to require drivers to stop when mechanical warning signals, crossing gates, flagmen, or approaching trains or other on-track equipment indicate an immediate hazard, with equipment approaching within 1,500 feet triggering the stopping requirement.

Revises section 49-649 to require drivers stopped at railroad grade crossings to listen and look for any approaching trains or other on-track equipment before proceeding.

Modifies section 49-650 regarding heavy equipment crossing requirements to include the same stopping and observation procedures for approaching trains or other on-track equipment.
