Senate Bill 1425 - Summary

• Transfer $2,500,000 from the Consumer Protection Fund to the General Fund for fiscal year 2020 (July 1, 2019 - June 30, 2020).

• Transfer $3,660,700 from the Driver's Training Fund and $6,259,800 from the Public School Income Fund to the Public Education Stabilization Fund for fiscal year 2020.

• Transfer $21,079,500 from the General Fund to the Public Education Stabilization Fund and $30,000,000 to the Budget Stabilization Fund for fiscal year 2021 (July 1, 2020 - June 30, 2021).

• Transfer various amounts totaling approximately $9,385,300 from the State Regulatory Fund ($117,500), State Highway Fund ($108,900), Unemployment Penalty and Interest Fund ($108,900), Correctional Industries Betterment Fund ($250,000), and Permanent Building Fund ($8,800,000) to the General Fund for fiscal year 2021.

• Sections 1, 2, and 3 are declared emergency measures effective upon passage and approval.
