Appropriates $800,000 from the General Fund to the Office of Information Technology Services for operating expenditures during July 1, 2019 through June 30, 2020, for telework support purposes.

Authorizes reappropriation of any unexpended and unencumbered balances from the $800,000 appropriation to be used for nonrecurring telework support expenditures during July 1, 2020 through June 30, 2021, not to exceed $800,000.

Requires the State Controller to confirm reappropriation amounts by fund, expense class, and program with the Legislative Services Office prior to processing.

Declares an emergency, making Section 1 effective immediately upon passage and approval.
