Establishes that 5.5 million military and veteran caregivers, including parents, spouses, siblings, and friends, care for wounded, ill, or injured service members and veterans since World War II.

Identifies caregiving duties including bathing, feeding, dressing, wound care, medication administration, emotional support, and managing household and work responsibilities.

Recognizes that most military and veteran caregivers do not identify themselves as caregivers and are unaware of the mental, physical, and emotional effects their caregiving work inflicts.

Declares May 2020 and each May thereafter as Hidden Heroes Month in Idaho in conjunction with Military Appreciation Month.

Expresses legislative support for Idaho residents serving in military and veteran caregiving roles and encourages extending support to caregivers alongside support for veterans and service members.
