Establishes the Coronavirus Limited Immunity Act by adding Chapter 97 to Title 39, Idaho Code, providing civil liability immunity for coronavirus exposure on owned/operated premises or during managed activities.

Defines "coronavirus" as SARS-CoV-2, the disease it causes, or any subsequently identified mutation/strain that rises to epidemic or pandemic level requiring an emergency declaration under Idaho law.

Defines "person" to include individuals, corporations, partnerships, nonprofits, and local government entities, but excludes Idaho public health districts, the federal government, state agencies (except higher education institutions), and foreign governments.

Immunity does not apply to cases involving willful misconduct, reckless infliction of harm, or intentional infliction of harm.

Expires July 1, 2021, and does not modify worker's compensation laws or override other applicable immunity protections in state or federal law.
