Creates new Idaho Code Section 6-1608 providing civil liability immunity for persons acting in good faith during a governor-declared coronavirus-related disaster or emergency to address, mitigate, or adapt behavior in response to the emergency.

Immunity does not apply if a person fails to make good faith effort to comply with applicable statutes, rules, or lawful government orders that cause injury, or for acts unrelated to the declared emergency.

Noncompliance with coronavirus-related guidelines or recommendations alone cannot establish civil liability.

Excludes from immunity coverage Idaho public health districts, federal government, state agencies (except colleges and universities), and foreign governments.

Sunsets on July 1, 2021, making the immunity provisions temporary and effective only for tort causes of action arising during the declared emergency period.
