Establishes the "Coronavirus Limited Immunity Act" as Chapter 34, Title 6, Idaho Code, providing civil liability immunity for damages or injuries resulting from coronavirus exposure.

Defines "coronavirus" to include SARS-CoV-2, the disease it causes, and any subsequently identified mutations or strains that reach epidemic or pandemic levels and qualify for an emergency declaration under Idaho law.

Exempts from immunity any acts or omissions constituting intentional torts or willful or reckless misconduct as defined in section 6-1601, Idaho Code.

Excludes Idaho public health districts, federal government agencies, state of Idaho agencies (except colleges and universities), and foreign governments from the definition of "person" eligible for immunity protection.

Sunsets the immunity provisions on July 1, 2021, and does not modify worker's compensation laws or displace other existing immunity protections under state or federal law.
