Prohibits use of any part of a game bird, game animal, or game fish as bait in trapping or taking wildlife, except as permitted by Idaho Code provisions and commission rules and proclamations.

Allows the director to inspect traps set by licensed trappers and seize traps that are unlawfully set.

Requires unlawfully set traps and trapping equipment to be seized and may be sold, with proceeds credited to the state fish and game fund account.

Protects muskrat houses from trapping, disturbance, or damage at any time, with the exception that "push-ups" are not considered muskrat houses under the law.
