Amends Section 67-2901, Idaho Code to authorize the Idaho State Police forensic laboratory to perform toxicology analysis and provide results to Idaho coroners and the Department of Health and Welfare in death investigation cases.

Restricts use of Idaho State Police forensic services resources, including equipment, instrumentation, facilities, and supplies, to authorized employees or approved subcontractors of Idaho State Police forensic services only.

Makes technical corrections to existing Idaho Code language regarding the forensic laboratory, changing "which" to "that" in the statutory text.

Maintains all existing powers and duties of the Idaho State Police director and the forensic laboratory's primary function of assisting state and local law enforcement agencies with evidence collection, preservation, and analysis in criminal cases.
