Prohibits relocation, removal, disturbance, or alteration of Revolutionary War, War of 1812, Mexican War, Civil War, Spanish-American War, World War I, World War II, Korean War, Vietnam War, Persian Gulf War, Native American, or African-American history monuments or memorials placed on public property prior to July 1, 2021, without legislative approval via concurrent resolution.

Prohibits renaming or rededication of schools, streets, bridges, structures, parks, preserves, reserves, or other public areas dedicated to or named for historic figures or events that were in place prior to July 1, 2021, without legislative approval via concurrent resolution.

Protects the right of public bodies responsible for monuments and memorials to take proper measures for their protection, preservation, and care, preventing any person from interfering with these activities.
