Clarifies that the definition of "Disability" uses "activities" (plural) instead of "activity" (singular) when describing major life activities that may be substantially limited.

Replaces language referring to parents' "neglect or refusal" with more specific terminology about "conscious disregard of parental or caretaker responsibilities" in the neglect definition.

Makes technical corrections to pronoun usage and grammar throughout the definitions section of child protection laws.
