Amends Section 67-6607 to require candidates and political committees to disclose whether expenditures of $25 or more were made in support of or in opposition to a candidate, political committee, or measure, and to identify the specific candidate, political committee, or measure involved.

Requires candidates and political committees to retain invoices, receipts, or canceled checks as evidence for expenditures of $25 or more for one year after filing statements.

Amends Section 67-6611 to require independent expenditure disclosures to include the identity of the candidate, political committee, or measure and whether the expenditure was made in support of or in opposition to it.

Requires persons making independent expenditures of $1,000 or more within 48 hours before an election to file a written statement with the secretary of state within 48 hours of the expenditure.

Makes technical corrections to Section 67-6611, including removing lowercase letters from subsection designations in the independent expenditure reporting requirements.
