Amends Idaho Code Section 18-3302C to prohibit concealed weapons in courthouses, juvenile detention facilities, jails, and schools, with exceptions for peace officers, security personnel, and authorized persons.

Allows school employees with a valid enhanced concealed carry license under Section 18-3302K to carry concealed firearms on school property if they maintain immediate control and inform the principal and superintendent.

Requires principals and superintendents to maintain confidentiality of employee names and enhanced license information, but must share details with local law enforcement, city police, county sheriff, and Idaho state police.

Protects school employees carrying concealed weapons from disclosure requirements and disciplinary action unless they violate firearms laws or provisions of this section.

Prohibits schools from displaying "gun-free zone" signage and prohibits schools from requiring employees to carry concealed weapons; provides civil immunity for schools and employees lawfully carrying weapons without board consent under specified conditions.
