Prohibits use of edible portions of game birds, game animals, or game fish as bait in trapping wildlife, except for wildlife parts salvaged pursuant to section 36-506, Idaho Code.

Allows the director to inspect and seize traps that are unlawfully set.

Directs that unlawfully set traps and trapping equipment seized by the director or enforcement officers may be sold, with proceeds credited to the state fish and game fund account.

Protects muskrat houses from trapping, disturbing, or damage, while clarifying that push-ups are not considered muskrat houses under trapping law.
